Club Members Only - Puttenham Common loop

10th February 2019 - 10am - 1.30pm

Kindly organised by Club Member, Martin Jeffrey. 

A  get-away from the gloopy terrain of winter Chilterns and ride the excellent sandy trails of Puttenham Common and the North Downs Way.  A loop of the best off-road trails in the area, using bridleways and byways along with narrow country lanes.  There will be a stop for refreshments  in Compton.  

Meet Puttenham Common Top car park  located at the South East corner of the common, off Suffield Lane.  Nearest Postcode GU3 1BE.  This is a height  restricted car park, alternative parking at Brittys Wood car park,  Littleworth Road, approx 1km away. See the blue pin on the map below:

Meet at 09.45am for a prompt ride start at 10.00am.

Helmets mandatory, no helmet no ride.

You are responsible to ensure your bike is of adequate working condition to deal with off-road riding, and it must be presented for the ride in suitable working condition with suitable off-road tyres and working brakes. 

Ride is open to official subscribed club members only.
