A circular route starting from Cocking, heading to East Lavington, East Dean, Chilgrove, and back round West Deans Woods Nature Reserve, the route is mostly double track, so technically easy, but with tough climbing, and downhills.

26 miles with 4000ft of climbing.

9 am start at Cocking Hill Car Park, free parking with no height restriction.

Cadence Cycle Cafe near to start / finish, serves food and beverages 9am to 4pm.

Helmets mandatory, no helmet no ride.
