The route is around 20 miles with around 2000 ft of climbing, so good fitness level required.

The route has a good mixture of trails including‘Spooky Woods’ and the ‘Lock down trail’ and also goes up to the Beacon.

The car park is at the top of new rd  opposite the war memorial and about 200 meters from Berko golf club on your left.
