Cycle Centre Trip. Sat 5 Oct Forest of Dean, Cannop, Uplift day (£35) to do the Downhill trails (blues completely rollable, reds have more roots, drops etc). Sun 6 Oct Cwmcarn trails to some pedalling on the Twrch and Pedalhounds trails, and Mon 7 Oct at Black Mountains Cycle Centre for an Uplift day (£30) - mainly red run standard I think. Book the uplifts yourself, but if I can get definite numbers by Fri I can sort some accommodation.
