Starting from Chinnor (White's Windmill Cafe) the route criss-crosses the local hills, woodland and open trails to Bedlow Ridge and back.
The 28 mile route has 3200ft of climbing with great single track descents including steps and some challenging climbs.
Beverages at (http://whiteswindmillcafe.co.uk) serves refreshments and food until 2pm.
Helmets are mandatory, no helmet no ride.
Free parking with no height restriction.
