Starting from Cadmore End (layby near Village Hall) circular route heading out towards Marlow, via Frieth, and back past West Wycombe.
Mixture of wooded trails, tarmac lanes and bridleways, with fast downhill sections.

Helmets are mandatory, no helmet, no ride.
Free parking with no height restriction.
