The route itself was an all off-road 25-30km Chiltern Hills route starting and ending from Wendover Woods main car park. The trails were running well, mainly dry showing the end of the summer as the scattering of leaves about the Chilterns marked the clear start of Autumn! Some time was spent with the group going over the delights of off-camber rooty Chilterns sections, and there may have been a slight edge of competitiveness on the odd tricky climb too....
Everyone who attended seemed to have a great time and it looks like we may have been lucky enough to have found a few more new club members to boot!
