Starting from the War Memorial Berkhamsted, heading to Ashridge Estate, taking in Paul's Knob, Spooky Woods and the exhilarating 'Lockdown Trail'. Easy riding in the main, just a couple of short technical sections and some fast downhills. Pub stop en route for lunch.
